    How long has OliBuild been around?

    Since 2008! Our Director, Helder Oliveira, brings over 30 years of building industry experience, so you’re in expert hands from start to finish.

    Do I need plans and council approval for my project?

    Yes, for major builds or renovations, council approval and certified plans are a must. We partner with trusted drafting experts to guide you through the whole approval process, ensuring everything is official before we start building.

    I don’t have plans yet — can OliBuild help?

    Definitely! We work with reliable drafters who’ll help you create detailed plans tailored to your vision and needs.

    Can you help with designing my new home or renovation?

    Yes! We offer a free, no-pressure onsite consultation where we discuss your ideas and provide initial design guidance. From there, we’ll help complete all your working plans.

    What areas do you serve?

    We cover the Gold Coast (from Coolangatta to Oxenford), Tweed Heads, northern NSW, and Brisbane’s southern suburbs.

    Do I need a full quote before speaking with my lender?

    It depends on your lender. Usually, an estimated cost is fine for pre-approval, but most lenders will ask for a full, fixed-price quote and contract before granting final approval.

    Are you compliant with Queensland building regulations?

    Absolutely. OliBuild is fully licensed by the QBCC. All inspections are signed off by engineers and certifiers, and we meet all Australian Standards. Our QBCC license number is 1161332 .
